Pros:Service from Renzo was excellent.
Cons:Very disappointing customer service from the management, reception, and restaurant staff (with the exception of Renzo, who was excellent). As is normal, I had some simple requests and some questions, but I was treated as if my requests were very strange and that it was very inconvenient for them. I also wrote to the hotel management and spa for a separate issue and got no reply. I don't expect a hotel to be able to grant every request, but I expect to be treated politely and as a guest, and I expect to receive an answer when I write an email as a guest.
