Pros (+) This hotel makes you sign a wavier about smoking and the rooms smell like ash trays. They were over booked and tryed very hard to get me to stay regardless of the condition of their room. I needed to rebook with the Marriott at 12:000 am in the morning.
Cons (-) I liked the willingness of the staff to give me a refund. Other than that this hotel gets a 0 star rating. I would not recommend anyone picking this hotel for your stay in Waco.
