Pros (+) Facilities were nice and customer service was very polite and professional
Cons (-) The bed was horrible. The shower was way too small.

Cons (-) the location is a bit busy but they have created privacy with greenery but it is close to main streets so noisy, the walls are also thin so TV can be heard there are also lots of people hanging around the property from local businesses, I think there are cameras everywhere but the hotel could be more secure
Pros (+) The room was clean. The bed was comfy. TV worked fine. The gentleman who checked us in moved his car so we could park in his spot. The gentleman who helped us check out was very friendly.

When I asked if there was another room since I didn't feel safe I was told no. Once we got into the hotel room there was one towel. I went back to get more. Pros (+) Clean. Boring decor - no frills. Ok for a nights stay - affordable.
Pros (+) Pretty clean and new. Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast with fresh pastries from local bakery was a nice touch. Grounds and breakfast area were nicely landscaped and furnished.
Cons (-) The air conditioner dudnt get very cold and didn't do a great job dehumidifying the room. It was, however, very rainy during my stay. There was some noise during the early morning probably as a result of other guests shuffling around and heading to breakfast but this wasn't too bad. There was also another person's hair in the shower but otherwise the place appeared clean.
Pros (+) slept like a baby bed & Pillows out of this world.. breakfast in patio ,nice. felt a bit european atmosphere wise. pool needs work no lights at dusk /night.temp cold. lobby fantastic looking very euro.. but not a pleasant smell.in lobby during those 2 days..(yankee candles recomended) staff very attentive parking a breeze. however i noticed a lot of traffic coming from el cid motel/apts from behin...

Pros (+) The clean amazing rooms! Felt like I should have paid way more, such a good valuem wow blown away.
Pros (+) I think the neighborhood El Cid is cute and Hotel Biba has a cool vibe to it. Nice landscaping, minimal design in the room. Very chic for the price.
Cons (-) My shower drain clogged and caused the water not to drain for more than 12 hours. The mattress springs were jamming into my back. Our room was right next to the lounge area where breakfast was served and apparently there's no insulation in the walls. We could hear everything from the sqeeky door opening /closing and people talking all morning.
