Pros (+) Great location. Very close to Yellowstone west entrance.
Cons (-) We booked a 2 room cabin and pre-paid. I called a couple of days before our trip and was told they overbooked the cabins and moved us to the hotel instead. The hotel is less expensive than the cabin. I would have been less upset if they had been proactive and called me about the switch. The manager told me it wasn’t his fault that I booked with a third party and blamed Kayak for overbooking. They ...
