Pros (+) Staff was very friendly & helpful
Cons (-) Pool too cold & spa gave us skin irritations! November is bad time to go ! All is closed in town , Park is closed even in North Entrance !! RCI told us it was open !! It snowed almost every day, too cold for outdoor activities ! we wasted 6 h driving for nothing !! Very dissatisfied with our stay !!
