Surpassed expectations! Fantastic hotel
Exclusive but laid back feel
No snow lockers at hotel only at Creekside
Try something new
Snow good to Creekside so thought I would try something out of the main village. Super spot. 1 minute drive to free parking at foot of Creekside slopes. Plenty to eat - up market and valuewise within walking distance.
Great stay
Nice location, easy access to all the activities by car , great staff . Comfortable room
Great place to stay
Room was spectacular. Staff very friendly. Food and drink was good value for Whistler.
A bit over hyped
Accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. It was a stretch to describe our view as "lake view". Unit 217 has a view of the bike path. We thought that charging $20 for parking on a $200 a night room was absurd. Menu in restaurant was limited but excellent quality. Wine list was lacking and horribly overpriced. The Whistler experience is shiny on the outside but a poor value overall.
Beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms. Wonderful setting. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Beautiful view.
No trash cans in the hotel or even outside the hotel. They have them in the rooms, but we'd rather not have my daughter's stinky diapers pollute our living quarters. Shuttle service to/from the village is a bit slow, due to the single van and the distance.
Staff and location were amazing.
it was well placed and staff went out of there way to help you
dinning room needs to get its act into gear, very dissapointed with the servise
The service was excellent...very friendly, effort made to create a positive visit. Beautiful lodge.
I don't know if this was the fault of booking.com or the hotel, but the room that we had reserved was not available when we checked in. However, the hotel staff worked to remedy the problem and even provided a complimentary dinner for our honeymoon.
The hotel is in a beautiful position overlooking the lake. It was very restful and relaxing watching people rowing, fishing or swimming in the lake.
No hairdrier in the bedroom
I liked to stay at the Nita Lake Lodge because the hotel was located right in front of lake, and there was a beautiful trail that you can take a walk or bike just right behind the hotel. We followed the trail all the way to Whistler village, and It was 4.5Km and took us about an hour.
The portion of food at the restaurant located right below the hotel was way too small, but the price was very expensive.ex:2pieces of smaill pieces of French toast with 3 slice of fruit cost me $14, and a cup of orange juice cost$4. I was still hungry after paid more than $20. Also, parking cost additional $15 per a day.
The lake, free bike rental
pool too small, not enough lounge chairs by the pool, not enough services provided in the room (like robes), think walls, can hear noise from neighbours, extra pay for parking
Excellent staff. Very helpful.
The service was excellent - i hurt my ankle skiing and the staff were quite nice about providing ice etc. Also, a friend stayed with us and getting the pull out sofa made up was not a problem. The rooms are fabulous.
Gorgeous, spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and loved the adjustable tv!
I always find it bothersome when facilities tack on extra charges . . . for example, the $15/night parking. The location of the hotel suggests that you would need a car and therefore would need somewhere to park it. Why not just build that into your pricing matrix? I feel like I get "two-bitted" to death when I travel and this is another example of this, when I travel I want one simple cost!
