With Midwestern State University nearby, our Wichita Falls hotel is proud to host those in town for university events, but we are more than a college town. We welcome riders in the region for the Red River Harley-Davidson Shop and medical patients here for the United Regional Hospital or families visiting Sheppard Air Force Base. Business travelers who want peace and quiet, along with a great location, we have it. Please know that our Wichita Falls hotel always delivers the best in service. If you are here for work with Sealed Air Corporation, Echometer, Alcoa or another area business, you need a fast and easy commute. That is exactly what you get at our Wichita Falls hotel, where our prime location can't be beat. With easy access to Highway 281 or 287 it takes a few minutes to get where you are going. If you are here for vacation, we know how to help you relax. Start by lounging at our seasonal outdoor pool, the perfect place to cool off. We are close to fine dining and shopping, which are both on the agenda for many of our guests. Free high-speed wireless internet, a microwave and mini refrigerator in all rooms and a free full hot breakfast gets your day started right. The most important meal of the day is on us and includes a buffet of waffles, fruits, pastries, cereal, yogurt and 100% Arabica coffee. We have Comanche Red River Casino or Kiowa Casino is a great place to test your luck. Maybe Sikes Senter Mall is more your speed, and it is also an excellent way to stay out of the Texas cold wind or hot humid heat. Sunrise Field or city field is only minutes away for your sports' needs. Please be advised our seasonal outdoor pool is closed until June, 2023. Thank you.

Cons:There were cockroaches in the room. I found 5 dead roaches on the floor. I woke up in the middle of the night, and there were two roaches crawling on top of my blanket. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was informed that the exterminator was hust there a day or two earlier, that's probably why I found the dead roaches in the room. The also thanked me for letting them know about the live roaches, and they would have the exterminator come back. And for my trouble, they took $20.00 off my bill. I had to laugh at the audacity of the staff who just kinda blew me off with the attitude of "we took $20.00 off the bill, what else do you want?"
Pros:We got lost going to the hotel but Annabelle gave us directions. She was very friendly and knowledgeble
Cons:It was not located right by the hiway
Pros:front desk lady was kind of nice.
Cons:The bed had snot on it. One bed was broken and all sunk in the middle. One sheet had red stuff stained on it. the shower rod was broke and hanging by a busted screw, the curtain would not even close. The breakfast lady was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a hotel. the A/c unit would only run for 4 minutes at a time, you could not run it when you water to. Just absolutely horrible. I've stayed at this exact place for several years now and my last 5 trips have just been horrible. 4-24-15 was my last night spent with at a best western. This one in particular is a $29 a night hotel.
Pros:Very nice place. New and clean. Good location. Helpful staff.
