Pros (+) It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. Rooms are very clean and pool is nice expecially for a small motel.
Cons (-) Owners are very perticular about things. There are signs everywhere with rules on them even on the ice machine. We had a death in the family so we could only stay 2 night instead of the original 4, it was like they didnt believe me and just wanted my money, eventually they did take off the extra nights but not before charging me a 70$ book keeping fee for changing my reservation.
