The motel was a block away from the boardwalk and the beach. There was a restaurant nextstore and you saved 10% on food if you showed your key card. The room was clean but very small.
Checking in and checking out we had to walk to another hotel because no one was at the desk. The room had a weird set up. There was a bathroom at the foot of the bed that included the toilet and sink. Then there was a shower stall at the head of the bed.

Great location for the price, leak in the bathroom
The hotel was small and adorable. The location was perfect. Check in/out was a breeze. Plenty of parking in their remote lots. 20% off the diner right next door.
When I ran the shower, the ceiling started leaking from multiple spots. When I talked to the front desk they said that a month ago the ceiling fell because the room above us showered with the door open (stand in shower). But he claimed it was because we didn't have a window open (no bathroom window to begin with). He proceeded to check upstairs and said that it had happened again even though it started and stopped leaking at the same time I had turned the water on and off. The only reason it didn't get a lower review was because we were only there for the weekend and only used the shower Saturday after the beach.

It was very very clean, staff was very friendly, great location, right near the boardwalk and nearby restaurants.
