Great little secret
Loved the family atmosphere with out all of the chaos of the bigger resorts. Even though there were families staying, it was quiet and I felt relaxed the entire time I was there. While there isn't anything super special about the place, I loved that it was situated off the main drag but close enough to walk into town or to restaurants. The staff was fantastic and they do a very good job of creating a northwoods atmosphere. I also liked that the clocks in my room weren't plugged in. My vacation was to get away from structure and this really sealed the deal for me!
Nice resort in the woods!
Cabin was cozy
The bed is one of the worst I have ever slept on
The resort had this great northwoods feel that I was looking for and the bonfires were great. I wandered out after the kids went to bed and enjoyed the stars and the fire for an hour or so. It made for a really nice fall weekend.
Good family hospitality
The Meadowbrook is everything you could want out of a cabin, except in a hotel. We stayed in a bunkhouse room, which had a mini "cabin" with two twin beds behind the log walls with windows... Very cool for little kids. Nice amenities; 24-hr fire pit, decent kitchen set up with dishes and the few things you might need in a mini kitchen including a small two burner hot plate unit. Decent beds and a nice deck. The playground and water park are fun for kids 6 and under. Clean facilities and friendly staff. We will definitely come back to stay
Little in the way of vending machines available, no room services, front desk clears out and closes at 11.
will stay again! excellent
All the activities for the kids, multiple water parks, trails, s'mores, The customer service was outstanding too, not used to that during summer season at the dells. It was very clean for the dells too and it was quiet.
nothing at all. It didn't have a hot tub though
