“The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was pretty big, for Japanese standards. The hotel is located next to the slopes, so very good for skiing.”
“We arrived 2 hours after check-in but the staff was very welcoming, and we were served an exceptional dinner. Wonderful. The room was beautiful and comfortable, too, and what I hadn't expected at all was the private onsen. A fantastic stay, and surprisingly cheap.”
