“I chose this hotel because they were very nice the previous three stays. This time I was offered a two beds room instead of a one-bed as I requested (to be fair during booking it was indicated that single bed wasn't available). However during my 4 days stay I wasn't offered to change my room and apparently the single bed room wasn't considered any more. The 6th floor room (1612) didn't meet my expectation as compared to the rooms on other floors where I was accommodated at during my previous visits. The finale was also very disappointing this time: when I ordered breakfast (it was already fixed) I was advised that my booking didn't include breakfast and I had to pay 25$ (give and take) for it. As it turned out the final day fee that I paid within a booking packaged didn't include breakfast indeed. It's the 1st time I experienced this failure of a system. It did spoil my checking out and I expressed my dissatisfaction to the counter staff. It's a pity the service this time wasn't as good as it used to be with too many small blunders on the part of the staff indicating that the management doesn't pay proper attention to details. If there is another hotel in the area next time I might consider booking someplace else! I wish all the best to this hotel & I hope they will upgrade the service as they have good potential.”
