Pros (+) Staff was amazing and attentative. We missed our flight and Melita was able to rebook our stay at no charge and no difficulty. Communication was prompt. Also, Boris, Mislav and Sanja were great hosts, who poited us to the city's sights and gave us good recomendations. Housekeeping lady Ana was also nice and made sure our room wass spotles and well stocked.
Cons (-) There is not a single thing that I could complain about. Maybe bathrooms could be little bigger.
