“Postal like location, very comfortable hotel and a very friendly staff. We had shutdown of restaurants during the pandemic and they were very helpful and found a very good solution for us!”

“The hotel was lovely and homey with everything we required. Nice breakfast room with a decent selection of choice. We had the family room (sleeps 4 without a pull out sofa involved) that had a view of the mountains and a lovely balcony with outdoor seating. Room and bathroom was spacious, and very clean. Hand sanitisers positioned outside our room door. Hotel staff really friendly with time to talk and advise us. Felt like we'd stayed there before and were warmly welcomed. Breakfast went very smoothly so easily made it to the ski runs on time in the morning. Spacious boot room and ski room to store gear and dry it for the night.”

“Traditional Swiss hotel, basic but with all the facilities you would expect. I think all the rooms have a view which takes in the lifts and the mountains. Isabelle, who runs the hotel, is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the lifts towards Furi, which at the time of year I visited are the only ones open. It is also walking distance from the station although if you have heavy luggage you might want to take a taxi. The popular Papperla bar is close.”

“The hotel is located in a calm yet location. However the Zermatt-Furi station is merely 5 minutes of walking away. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Isabelle at the reception was so nice and helpful! Amazing work! Would love it to visit this hotel again.”
