Both my partner and I found the staff to be very polite and friendly, and never failed to greet us everytime we left/ returned.

lovely location, good rooms with plenty of storage and space even with a child on the sofa bed
North facing rooms do suffer from post-disco revellers comming back at all hours so windows must be kept closed - but very well soundproffed when closed.

Location to the ski lifts was excellent. We took a bus to the lifts but walked a short 10 minute walk along the stream back at the end of the day. Where others waited in line for buses and the bus ride home, we were already soaking tired bodies in the hot tub.
