    The welcome at reception was wonderful, staff in the dinning room were excellent. View unbeatable.

    Outstanding hotel with great location in Zermatt for magnificent views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Convenient location to train station. Fantastic spa and dining facilities. Very comfortable room with nice balcony and view.

    The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was excellent. The room was fantastic. The hotel's free shuttle bus service from and to the station was very handy. Access to the hotel via the tunnel was very convenient and great fun - a really unique experience! Overall an excellent 4 star hotel in a great location.
