It was central to the shopping facilities.
There were no biscuits or bottled water. The central heating system had a centralised thermostat that must have been set at a low temperature as the heat generated from the radiator was just warm. Outside temp was almost at zero. There was an extra heater in the room which we put on when we went out for the evening.
Very comfortable room, excellent sight over the haven.
Excellent imaginative design, within the obvious constraints of the hotel being cut into granite..bedrooms breakfast very good, staff delightful. Our bed was wonderful.
24 hour coverage at reception but no phone link from bedrooms to outside except with guests' own mobiles, when they work..best for a night or two rather than longer, as one might start to crave more light.
Very central, staff very pleasant and the room was madern and clean
The room was very cold and despite requests were unable to get extra blankets. A suggestion for the hotel would be to try and modernise the reception area. It does not do the hotel justice
We stayed for three nights, all staff were most helpful and polite at all times ,if you required any help with any thing you only had to ask.
Room a bit stuffy as heating on all night.
Friendly and effective staff
I missed a lift. We had heavy luggage and our room was in third floor

Cleanliness was superb, staff very friendly and helpful.
The noise from the road at the front was a small concern.
Yes we had to climb across the double bed to draw the curtains only one towel for two people no presure inthe shower Breakfast had to ask for toast
The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had a beautiful room overlooking the harbour and an excellent breakfast. The location was really central
