Beautiful and elegant. Everything was impressive. I found some hair in the bathroom but was cleaned promptly.
The excellent attention to details, room comfort and decor was unfortunately eclipsed by the service response. Although most members of the staff were cordial and attentive, there was a sour note when I had two guests meeting me at the lounge. They ordered a juice and had some coffee and for that I was charged a ludicrous amount. I spoke to the people at the front desk up to no avail and at the end I was told that was a charge for the Buffett, which they didn't touch. Very disappointing.
