Breakfast was quite nice. Room was clean, but nothing special.
It was only a one-night stay so it's hard to rate.
The location is very good. A minute or two from two supermarkets and a street with some fancy bakeries, and about five minutes from the central area. The staff spoke English and were friendly, and the size and condition of the room was excellent for the price. Definitely recommended.
Nothing that I can remember.
Decription did not describe it as an aprtment hotel rather than a 'conventional hotel.
The stale smell in the room
We had a great room and an ideal location for the side street exploring and sidewalk cafe centric experience we were looking for in Aix. I got the feeling their computer system was not working as intended while we were there, finally, we were pleasantly surprised to realize they end charged us significantly less than we booked it for, even though we didn't complain or ask for discounts. All the people we dealt with at the desk were nice, helpful, and better at English than I was at French.
When we walked in the first night, they didn't have our reservation. They found us a slightly smaller room then moved us to the room we reserved the following day. It was disconcerting at first, but really not a problem.
It was very close to the city center.
Reception staff came across as unfriendly
Problem with parking on arriaval before I could get into the hotel
The location is very good it is situated in a quite area of town.we had a self contain appartment which was very clean.
The only thing that I can comment on is that the room is very small there where three of us.the one bed room appartment is ideal for two people.
The studio kitchen lacked basic applicances like kettle & iron
Excellent facility and very helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.
