Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional service. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, unclean washrooms, old furniture, and cockroaches. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, with issues such as delayed check-in, lack of hot water, and misleading information about facilities. Breakfast and food options were also a common complaint, with several guests noting there was no in-house kitchen and food was brought from outside, often late and of poor quality. However, a few guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the hotel's convenient location, and some found the staff to be humble and helpful.
