Many entertainment monitors were not working, seating very uncomfortable— they need to come up with better seats and extra leg room Also most seats in business were empty, too expensive for someone willing to upgrade Food was mediocre, staff was very nice and helpful I really hope Tata revive this airline but this will for sure require a renovation of plane seating Only noticeable difference is better website with ease in buying tickets online Despite the disappointing review I travel to India frequently to help care for aging parents and prefer the nonstop flight, hence continue to travel by Air India

No entertainment at all. Seats needs improvement & are in very poor condition. Garabge littered all over the place.
TV entertainment and phone charger not working. This is not the first tine with Air India. Most people complaint about it. .
Flight delays on both onward as well as return trips, delay of almost 3 hours each time.
Never again I will travel in Air India. Worst experience!!

The pilot could have been better. He almost killed us yesterday.

Flight crew was well trained and very professional. I had made couple of requests, and they took care of my needs.
My wife old she can not get wheelchair ? She have walking problam also bag transfer very difficult because we are old ? I am not try to fly air India ? Kantilal

Cons: "My seat would NOT recline. For a 15 hour flight with non-reclining seat was painfull. I complained to the crew member and he just passed it to someone who never came and checked. When I inquired again, he told me that it was a mechanical issue with the seat and they other with same issue. He said sorry, it will be repaired once on ground. Mu back is hurting after one full day of rest at home. Just they don't have any courtesy or customer satisfaction mind set. This is why they are loss making airlines. Next time will take another airlines."

Cons: "Overall the food was great other than parathas were uncooked. At the time of check in at Mumbai Airport we had to stand in the line for an hour and half cumbersome line. Why combine all flights pass passengers in one line? The attendants at the check in line at Mumbai were letting go foreigners in the business class line even if they were flying economic!!"

Cons: "Starting from check in till landing everything was poor. No regard for senior citizens. Poor food quality. Pathetic inflight service and bad attitude from staff. No one cared. Was suppose to arrange for wheelchair but had to carry my own luggage n walk Totally useless. No wonder they are rated as bottom airline in ratings."

Cons: "Checkin was incredibly slow. They don’t have a simple bag drop for online checkin passengers, which wasted almost an hour of my time. Lavatories should be cleaned during flight. Tired interior. Unfriendly staff."

Cons: "Really old and dirty 777-200 LR. Seemed that the attendant call button was deliberately deactivated, and for several hours didn't see any attendants in our area. Also reading light seemed to be deactivated. Bathrooms got filthy after a while and never got cleaned (that I saw)."
Cons: "Entertainment system was down for 90% of the passengers. The aircraft was very old and some of the seats were held together by duct tape !! The staff was polite but quite inept at hospitality. Will not be flying air India"

Cons: "1) At the check in I requested to add my frequent flier miles to my account and gave my card as well. Still she could not do that. after that I asked whilr back to NY, nobody could help me. 2) My seat # was different from the one i requested. staff is not courteous. 3) Air hostess first make arrangement for their resting place in Bussiness class seats and eat before serving to the customers. Very poor service"

Cons: "Attendants did not show up when called. (Overhead light was kept on) While going to India, when lunch was served, one of the food item was open, and half eaten. This was disgusting. Overall lunch menu was awful. Attendants don't even show up when called. TV wasn't working."
Pros: "I didn't know that we were allowed to land in a random city. Also, when we missed our connection because of the delays, they lied to us about other airlines not havin availability."
