Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff receives frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, though there are a few complaints about dated decor and occasional issues with linens.
