Bed was comfortable and the overall building decor was nice.
Small room for the price point.
Pool area and spiral staircase, great room service
Just missing a king bed. Only had it double so we made due.
Food and alcohol prices were good and high quality. The discount coupons were great and helped offset the price of the room.
Cost per night for a couple was a bit high at over $200.00
Decent place to stay and staff is very nice, but being more expensive than the other hotels in the area, I thought it'd have more to offer.
Very tiny bathroom, pretty run down looking
Trying but not there
Staff was great
Room was a bit run down. Shower drain stopped up. Gave us a room next to one they were doing major construction on, so very loud.
The pool view.
The noise and the staff's attitude.
It seemed like they they partially renovated but did not really want to spend the money to do the job right. So the lobby looks nice and modern but the rooms were just ok, and certain features (for example the bathrooms) were not renovated and appeared sort of dingy.
Loved the restaurant and the staff.
When my son booked the room the info stated there was a free breakfast but there wasn't.
Great pool and very friendly staff. Definitely a very quirky hotel but a nice place to stay.
I paid for a room that did NOT overlook the pool, however the staff "upgraded" us to a pool-side room. This would have been great but there was a 40th birthday party going on all day and well into the evening. The adults at the party were very clean and courteous but their kids, who played in the pool for 10 straight hours, were extremely loud. It made it impossible to nap during the day, and the next morning I was awoken by the sound of the kids playing in the pool again at 8am.
