In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

Also, one flight attendant, got her own suitcase down, at least 5 times, stretching directly above me, with her jacket in my face and never apologizing. My seat wouldn't recline, nor could other peoples. This is why I paid to choose my seat, so I could sleep, more easily but I sat upright the whole time."

Cons: "I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had."

Pros: "We left early and arrived early. Seats were more spacious than I expected for economy class. It was a short flight so there was no food service, just orange juice."
Cons: "When My luggage was searched at the gate of armman before fly back to Chicago, my camera was taken away by security person, he never returned to me. I only found out when I got home."

Cons: "As I boarded the aircraft I snapped a photo of my seat. I was yelled at by the manager in front of at least 30 passengers, that it is not allowed to snap any photos on board. Clearly this is a made up rule as all social media accounts are blasted with peoples photos. As well- I work in aviation over 8 years and have never heard about this rule. The fact that he choice to stand on the other side of the aircraft and yell at me, instead of walking up to me and explain nicely was not acceptable. Later I’m the flight, I suggested to him that proper procedure is walking up to the person instead of yelling across, my just that he didn’t apologize, he even replied with a very nasty comment. And this was the flight manager. What I can say for sure, is: NEVER AGAIN FLYING ROYAL JORDANIAN!!!!"
Cons: "I pre ordered a kosher meal. It was said to me that someone miscalculated and there were not enough kosher meals. I was left hungry and starved on such a long flight."

Cons: "I didn't like my treatment in the airport by RJ staff. They had initially told me I would have a hotel to stay in during my layover, but upon my return trip, I was told that I could not get a hotel. They had a policy in place that stated since I could have taken a later flight, they wouldn't compensate my hotel... but I had never been told that, otherwise I would have made other arrangements. I had to be out of Iraq at a particular time, and leaving any later simply wasn't possible. The staff was uncaring, and unfriendly throughout the entire process."
The service was good during the flight, but booking process was arduous due to mysterious partial cancellation (on the return leg), which took me 1 whole day to connect to the RJ’s NYC ticketing department to straighten it out. The reservation line of RJ customer service said they did not have the authority to un-cancel it, nor refund the ticket. To undo, I would have to email the NYC office and wait 5-6 days for reply, while my departure is 5 days away. Then the NYC phone number given (and I also found on their website) had no one answering, until I got someone in accounting or HR department to transfer me to ticketing dept. Then the seat upgrade at the gate only takes cash, no CC. From speaking with other tour mates, other airlines were given them the similar headache too - cancelling part of the trip without rescheduling options.
We took off 1.5 hours late without ever receiving an explanation.
Paid quite a bit of money for tickets. Significant turbulence (NOT AA’s fault) made for a bumpy flight without drinks and snacks.
Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..
We will fly American again

The AA member then said "how many have you had?" Wow would be an understatement. We had been gate tied due to maintenance for over 30 minutes."

Pros: "The fight was awesome from takeoff to landing. This has been one of the first flights that my ears did not pop and hurt in years!!! We took off about 10 minutes late waiting on a crew member but made the time up in the air. Great flight!!"

Cons: "The boarding staff member was extremely overwhelmed being the only person at the desk. She visibly looked frazzled & made it well known. It made me feel insecure about the flight. Then the maintenance crew didn’t notice that there was a dead bird in one of the engines until after we were fully boarded and had to sit on the plane for an hour over our expected time. I appreciated the fact that they were being through for our safety, but catch that before you have people board."

Cons: "Flight from Ny to Detroit was delayed for 2 hrs. Coming back was worse after multiple delays, they cancelled the flight. they put me on a flight for next day with 2 connections which will reach ny almost 20 hrs later, no aplogises, no hotel room. After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight..."
Pros: "Finally getting to my final destination and out of DFW."
Cons: "The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 8:20 pm, but due to several delays did not end up getting off the ground until after 11 pm. After being in the air for about 45 minutes we were informed that there were issues with the engine and that we would be turning around and heading back to Dallas. By this point it was after midnight, and although I was appreciative that safely is a priority, there was no communication as to what the next steps were. After landing we were finally told that we would have to deplane, and after we sat around the gate for awhile we were informed that the flight would be delayed until 5 am. Being 12:50 am at this point a hotel would have been nice, but we were informed that AA was "out of hotels" but that if we wanted we could have a $12 food voucher to use at the one restaurant that was open several terminals over. The AA employee assisting in handing out the food vouchers seemed extremely unapologetic about the situation which didn't help with the frustration everyone was feeling. I will not be booking with AA again, and will be passing along my negative experience to family and friends. It is worth spending the extra money on a ticket for an airline that is more reliable with better customer service."
