Overall, guests highly appreciate the attentive and friendly staff, with many reviews highlighting excellent service and hospitality. Some guests also mention spacious rooms as a positive aspect. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, the quality of breakfast, and uncomfortable beds. Several reviews note issues with old or worn facilities, towels, and bathrooms, and some mention problems with air conditioning and lack of amenities.
