Cons: "I ordered a special meal, and I did not get it. The response I got from the crew was: 'so you refuse to take the regular meal? we will report you didn't get what you ordered'. and I stayed hungry. In general, the crew wasn't very welcoming."

Cons: "The flight was delayed from Athens by 1.5 hours. Crew assured us we would make our connections. When we landed no info was given. No announcements made. We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."
Cons: "The boarding procedure is chaotic and the boarding crew were rude and yelling at passengers. No organization skills and poor communication as we were delayed over 90 minutes at the boarding gate to add salt to injury"

The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.
DO NOT BOOK ANY FLIGHT USING CHATDEAL! Kayak should remove them as a partner on their site. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure to work with.
Some of the food was overcooked so we couldn’t peel it off the metal serving container to eat it. Other food was served cold that was intended to be warmed. Other than that the flight was fine.
Someones phone kept ringing and the flight assistant did nothing about it. Not even an announcement.
The flight from Houston to Frankfurt was atrocious. Our seats were in Coach; these rows provided no leg room, and if you needed to exit your row, you had to ask the passenger in front of you to straighten their seat, so you had a bit more room to go to the restroom. For our return flight, we decided to upgrade our seats. Lufthansa refused to give us credit for the seats we had already selected and paid for when we initially booked our flight ($60) and charged us $125 each to sit on a row with more leg room. In addition, we missed our Lufthansa connecting flight in Frankfurt because the flight from Houston left late. We walked the Frankfurt airport for hours, looking for someone to assist us. Terrible experience! Needless to say, we will never fly Lufthansa again.
Next time I will pay more to have a bigger seat! But very happy with this airline!
Pros: "There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped.."

There was no extra leg room as stated on the ticket and no foot rest. Do not pay extra for seats In Economy Plus, not worth the cost.

Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Cons: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."
I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!
The landing was catastrophic. I was very scared. I thought it were my last lminues. Pilotes should be more experienced
ALL services were good. An announcement should’ve been made at the end of the flight that filling out a customs form would not be necessary anymore for USA travelers entering Philadelphia.
The flight was smooth, the premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were excellent. The on board food, however, was AWFUL. I suggest bringing your own food on board.

The service on board should have been better fast service
Everything was good crew, food and comfort but the entertainment was a little bad the tvs stopped working half way through travel.
The boarding was delayed and they didn’t let us know why until after we sat on the plane (the plane was delayed getting in) but they had us waiting in line for over 1/2 hour for some reason which I didn’t understand.
They were on time that’s the only good thing I can say about them. Everything else could’ve been better starting from the rude crew to the condition of the plane to the food and the entertainment system not working very well but they did get my bags to me (which they forced me to check even though I only had a small carry on) which friends that also flew on ITA did not get, so at least there’s that.
The programming in the entertainment features was very out of date.

Cons: "They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks."
