The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
I never share this kind of things but I have to share this out of respect to myself and how surprised I was I got a shoulder injury so I went to Turkey to get a procedure to my shoulder ( I can prove and provide it with documentation from the hospital to you) and on my way in this flight, I asked one of the crew members who’ s name is j. Muller to help me to lift my carry on to put it up in to cabinet and she told me she can’t do it , and I said I m sorry I m injured , I really need help , then can you please find someone who can help me ? And she gave me this nasty attitude and refused to help me . Then I was shocked because all I asked was for help, i didn’t even ask her to put my carry on bag up for me , all I asked her to help me so we can do it together. Then 5 minutes later another crew member who’s name is Jenny Rutz came and asked me if everything is ok And i explained her what happened and she told me if I create more problem, she will not let me fly i was shocked, all I told her was I was injured and I needed some help to put my luggage up . I am extremely shocked and upset , this was so unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I thought their job is to help us in our flight. She disrespected me , embarrassed me, made me feel like I m a problem and threatened me to get me out of the plane In front of everyone I am 41 years old mature and kind woman, i have never in my life experienced something this unprofessional and this disrespectful ever They both turned something so simple and normal into this terrible experience for me and for the people sitting around me . So it was so uncomfortable and unfair that the other passengers who were sitting around me and next to me got negatively affected by the event and told me to take their phone number so that they can be my witness for the crew member’ rudeness and unprofessionalism I m still very upset how can people be this rude and heartless I will never ever want to fly with your airline company again
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.
This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.
So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off
Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.
Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
At check-in at Guarulhos Airport, I was coerced to pay EUROS 100 for each of my two teenage kids travelling on economy premium on the same flight (total charge of EUROS 200) to AIR FRANCE on the rational that they were on a different class and therefore they would require additional care from the flight crew. My wife and I would be (and actually flew) only a few meters from our kids on business class in the same flight. Air France took EUROS 200 from me in exchange for absolutely nothing. My kids are seasoned travelers and independent, and in any event, they were not given any special or any other assistance or attention by Air France flight crew as result or in connection with the fee charged from me at any given time during the flight to Paris - so ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND THE FEE WAS SIMPLY ANOTHER WAY OF “MILKING “ EXTRA EUROS 200 FROM ME. Worse, Air France made us wait for everyone to deplane in Paris to let us deplane - after an Air France Paris representative ridiculously confirmed that our kids were our kids, with our kids at that time already by our side seating in business class. We almost lost our connection to Malta as a result. Such a scheme from Air France is outrageous – especially because it penalizes its customers flying in business class or in first class. I would have imagined that Air France would have wanted to attract clients to fly its premium classes – not to charge cheap EURO 100 fees and to keep them waiting to deplane with their families after 12 hours flights at their destination. You won’t see us any time soon Air France and best of luck with your strategy !
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.
No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.
It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.
Very small dinner, NO breakfast. You have to buy an earphone.
Food was terrible. No breakfast. Will not use this airline.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.
Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink
i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"
It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight
My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.
One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!
Sub par plane for an international flight. My seat was so cramped even after I paid for more legroom. i was basically in the aisle with everyone banging into me the whole time. Will not book again unless I have no other choice.
Room between seats unacceptable. If person front of you dropped down there seat even a little you could not be even a little comfortable. No sleep on flight
A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.
The crew on this flight was probably the worst I have ever come across. This applies particularly to Karen and Lee (possibly Jason) - the short, overweight pompous guy - arrogant and rude are possibly too kind a description. This Lee/Jason obviously failed his exams at Charm School, and frankly, in my view, needs to be dismissed immediately. Karen was similar to the guy in attitude, but not quite as rude.
Terrible. Boarding was a mess. We were assigned middle seats and separate just to induce us to pay for better seats. Cabin luggage was checked in while space remained on the overboard lockers. I think they don't really care about the customer.
I was not aware there was a $100 bag fee per bag. Not on the way there and I booked round trip.
Non-responsive after a flight cancellation, basically the airline kicked us out of the airport to wait in an endless line to speak to a single representative. I found another flight luckily not with Iberia. Many were not so fortunate. I’m still waiting for a reply to my flight cancellation/compensation query 5 days later. A trans- Atlantic crossing was hot and cramped. Food was great staff were nice but never again.
Horrible see last review they lost my bag had to sprint to gate no inflight wifi
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.
Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.
