Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

So I had figure out how to change all of my flights from there to Kansas in the States. All with bad internet service and unhelpful costomer service. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

My wife and I did not get seated together and I tried calling Finn Air well before the flight- no joy. I had to wait until we got to the first gate to have the agent assign our seats for the Finn Air connection - , and she had to call tech support to unlock the record locator. I could not add FF# or nothing. I felt like a abused stepchild. It was an AA crew, an AA A/C, an AA gate, but operated by FINN Air? We were the last group to board and they said “all remaining passengers must gate check their bags”. We got on board and there was plenty of bin space. I think they were so late- twice the flight delayed gate departure bc of maint issues- they just wanted the passengers to get seated quickly so their numbers would look good.. The lady sitting next to me had a back pack and a small handbag in the overhead. Most of the bin space was backpacks. If a passenger cant comply, why aren’t they not the last boarding group instead of faking an ailment to get to board first? those malingerers are always the first to jump up and two-step to the door when disembarking. Airline flight attendants need to take notice. These selfish ppl make flying difficult for Everyone else and cause customer dissatisfaction. I bought these tickets at peak fair and don’t feel like it was a good value at all. Oh and Full Flight from Origin and full flight connecting to destination.

After running to the gate because our previous flight was late. We finally making it to the gate with a senior and a infant. They would not give us a bulkhead seat for the baby because they had already given them all away. Even though we were told that as long as it wasn’t a special-needs person in the bulkhead seat or someone that had paid for them they would move them. They would not !! The parents and the infant were put in the two center seats in a center row of 4 with no legroom and a four-month-old infant in their lap for 10 1/2 hours. We asked the flight attendant if they could move someone that had not paid for a bulkhead seat and they said no. That being said again we tried to book this bulkhead seat prior to departure and they would not let us because we had the infant. And because the previous flight was late getting to the gate we had to sprint to our gate at the last second.

first of all you guys delayed my first flight 5 hours, then I missed the connection to London, placed me for one night in texas in which you did not allow me to take my check in bag. I had no extra clothes. The next day my flight to London was at 4pm and you guys only gave me 12 usd food coupon, totally unacceptable. Then I asked the boarding personal that I hope you guys will not lose my bag, as you guys did not allowed me to take it with me and re checked it back to London. Then when I arrived to London my bag was not in the baggage claim. You guys told once it will get located will send it to my hotel. I waited 3 days and never happened, I had no clothes nothing, you guys made me paid extra stuff and said your will refund, I am still waiting for that refund. This is the worst airline customer service I ever experienced in my life.

I arrived at the airport to learn the flight was delayed a day; as a priority member, an attendant assured me he would help if I sat down. Never saw him again. Had to buy a new ticket to return late that night.

The flights were great and everything worked together well!

The boarding process was unusually long on all four of the flights I took recently. Either people are boarding out of their zones being called, or the zones are backwards. It appeared that people in the aisle seats were seated first but then had to get up to allow window seat passengers to get settled. It should be reversed.

Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..

By the time we got to our gate after check in, our flight had been delayed enough for us to miss our connecting flight. I attempted to rebook our flight via the AA app, but it wouldn’t let me choose a flight until the following day. I went to the desk to ask for help, (there was no one else at the desk that needed help and there wasn’t a flight boarding at the time) and when I explained what was going on I was very curtly told “Don’t do that! Call this number!” and she threw a postcard with a phone number on it at me. When I tried the number, it wouldn’t connect, I only got beeping on the other end. I returned to the desk, where fortunately, another employee was able to get me seats on a flight later that evening. When we landed, our original connection was also so delayed that we were able to catch it and fortunately, the employee there was super helpful in getting us seats on that flight again. However, I continued to get notifications for the evening flight that we would have taken and it too, was very delayed.

I never received a check in notification email. It took forever to check in at the airport because the the kiosk took a while to pull up my reservation after asking for additional information. I got stuck with middle seats on 5 hour plus flights when I had actually checked to confirm I could still select a window seat before I booked and did indeed select window seats when I booked."

Cons: "at check-in agent said we did not have coverage on our ticket for our 2 -50lb bags dispite informing her that we were covered and had no problem on our arriving flight to Portugal - we had to pay 196 Euros or leave our bags in Portugal Additionally we had ordered a wheelchair to assist my wife to the gate - which we also had our arriving flight - agent said she had no record of it. She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Also since I am left handed I could not really eat since with the right-handed old lady we were hitting each other's elbow and nocking each the food out of each other's hand, I finally pulled my elbow in and ate like a T-Rex. The person in front of me pushed their seat back all the way, I asked the crew member to do something but nothing really was done, since I am a little taller I could not fit my knees, they were crushed."

Cons: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

Better variety with meals

The blankets are nice and warm and the staff are very nice. Serving breakfast at breakfast time not dinner and just a snack for late night instead of a meal.
