Inadequate staffing at reception desk for both check in and checkout; very slow service too. Breakfast in Amuse restaurant was a la carte and food was so-so. No reason to return to this hotel.

Pros (+) My husband and I splurged on this hotel and were surprised to have this be the worst hotel that we have ever experienced.
Cons (-) I called the staff earlier in the day to inform them that we would be arriving late. They told me that everything would be ready for are arrival, however this was far from the truth. The staff told us that they had overbooked the hotel and that they would be moving us to a hotel down the street and they would cover $10 of expenses. Pros (+) Nice hotel.
Cons (-) There was no bath robe, the body wash did not lather well and the valet was a bit expensive and the valet was not explained correctly so we had to stand and wait for our car.
