Pros (+) The location was convenient, and there were good views from the end of my room's floor.
Cons (-) The parking was full, as were the overflow lots down the street, so I had to park in a garage a few blocks away. The WiFi was so slow that it was unusable even for email. The soaps provided left a weird gross residue on my skin. The room door handle was stuck and a few times I thought I was locked out after fighting it for a few minutes. Pros (+) Location and cleanliness
Cons (-) This is no frills. Breakfast was microwavable Jimmy Dean sandwiches, hotel waffle iron waffles and the plastic tray of bread/muffin/bagels (coffee and juices). Pillows were small and parser.

Pros (+) Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is nice. Location is excellent! Right in town and walking distance to most city has to offer.
Cons (-) The building and lobby are outdated and seem dingy and breakfast could have been better. Location and comfort of rooms offset the negatives.

Pros (+) Walkable to downtown and many of the good breweries, but it's just a basic hotel. That's what we were expecting and paying for so no surprises, but also can't give it rave reviews.
Cons (-) Felt a bit dingy, old, and dirty in that sense but no outward signs of uncleanliness.
