Good value
Hotel is close to highways and where you want to be when visiting Asheville. Complimentary breakfast, ample parking, price, and pet amenities make this an easy choice.
Hallways weren't quiet, and you could hear into other rooms from the hallway. Not the cleanest hotel and could use some paint.
The beetle on the bed was rather unlikeable.

Dark smelly outdated building. Front desk unnatended most of the time. Rooms were dirty, felt very uncomfortable sleeping in old and stained sheets, bed frame completely dirty!!

Room was ok but bedding seemed dirty. Stains on bathmat. Bathroom was not cleaned very well. Breakfast was ok but French toast sticks were stale and biscuits were cold.

Pretty close to downtown Asheville, and they allow pets.
Where to begin. The guy at the front desk was very rude (I wish I got his name). The place is scary, disgusting, and reeks of cigarettes. There was mold everywhere in our bathroom that had been spray painted over. The parking lot did not feel safe, and sure enough we woke up one morning and the car parked beside ours had it's window busted in with glass everywhere and a hammer laying next to it. We told the front desk and the women said it happened earlier that morning (yet they hadn't cleaned it up?). Later when we checked out it was still laying there (we had to drive through glass to get out). We would never stay here again.
Bathroom sink was clogged, filled with water. Not enough breakfast sitting; staff did not care.

Well, we saw 2 rats around the outside, mold all in the tile and tub, facilities very very old and aged-in fact the whole hotel is in desperate need of updating, breakfast so poor we ate at a waffle House, and whole hotel smelled like sandalwood incense and cheap cleaner. Fortunately I was only tricked into one nights stay but was $189--wow I will never trust Kayak or any website again PS we are just simple folks that rarely complain

Location excellent e x c e l l e n t e. X. C. E. L. L. E. N. T stayed in room 247 non smoking room and of course someone was smoking [smokers get away with every thing concerning their habit at the expense of others] room was basically a roof over our heads for the night
Room was pricey for the condition of the place when booking I thought ramada top notch not so the security lock to the building was missing the building was dated the furnishing were adequate carpet was clean except for a big bloody spot in between the beds not as many towels as I like the breakfast was disappointing I'm not impressed with this stay
It really was not as bad as some reviews portray ... It was clean and I checked for bugs and found none. Yes it's old, but not disgusting. Overall good stay.
Hard bed... But wasn't expecting luxury.
