Pros (+) Friendly welcoming staff across the board from check in to check out. Well managed property. Clean comfortable room. Attention to detail at breakfast. Great location close enough to Asheville proper but far enough away to feel tranquil.
Cons (-) Only one elevator. A minor inconvenience which perhaps will be addressed in an upcoming renovation.
