Cons:Rooms were just a little tired..but bathroom was updated.
Cons:WiFi horrible. Over billed at both a restaurant and spa until pointed it out. Facilities seemed run down.
Cons:I tried to upgrade my room to a spa room, it was double the price, but I wanted to experience the spa. The third party booking agent would not allow me to change my reservation even though The Grove Park would. I won't be using Kayak again.
Cons:The "valet" and front parking area is a little clustered but overall its OK
Cons:The rooms vary greatly! This isn't an issue unless they are all over priced. We had 4 rooms last weekend - all around 400$ a night. They were all different sizes because parts of the hotel are different. The room in the old part of the hotel was barely large enough to walk around a queen size bed.
