Athens hotels in Koukaki

Pros: I thought the lobby was nice however the location of the hotel is horrible. The rooms are not at all as described and you can hear everything that goes on so be prepared not to sleep. Not only are the rooms horrible and dirty the hotel apparently feels the need during certain times of the year to turn the A/C off in order to save money at no regards to there guests. The temperature in our room reached over 100 degrees. Also the roof top restaurant doesn't exist. They expect you too just deal with it all the while giving them your money. Good luck getting a refund I've never heard so many lies in my life from anyone business. In short this hotel is a big scam and it shouldn't be rated as a four star it should be a 1 star at best. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with George the useless manager who likes to lie and his crappy hotel and stay somewhere else.

Pros: Very clean and super close to everything. Literally took 5 mom walk to acropolis! Front desk was very nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Pros: We love how close the hotel was to the Acropolis and the Plaka. We could easily walk. The staff was also phenomenal. They were cheerful and willing to give advice, print boarding passes, coordinate taxis and lots more. They made our stay go really smoothly. Pros: Location, condition of rooms and public space , wonderful staff!

Pros: This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Acropolis, so we really liked the location. The hotel itself was fine, no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful, including calling our car rental company. The buffet breakfast was good, fairly reasonably priced at 7 euros. Overall, we found this to be a good, reasonably priced place to stay near the Acropolis.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location - just one metro stop from the Acropilis and only a couple from Syntagma Square. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast each morning was good, the hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Pros: Everything was really good, especially the staff. Really surprising how friendly and helpful they all were. I would recommend it for sure

Pros: The location was perfect, about 10 minute walk to the acropolis. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous and the food was amazing. The room was good.
