Pros (+) Nice, clean and staff friendly hotel.
Cons (-) The distance we had to walk to parking lot.
Pros (+) The new room was clean and comfortable. They were quick to bring the extra towel we needed. I also liked the ask us button on the phone. The customer service was excellent! The employees were all very friendly and helpful!!
Cons (-) We were first given a room that was not clean. The room we were given was over the pool, but we were hearing screams at 8:00 Am from the pool people. The rooms need to be more sound proof when they are over the pool.
