Temp was too warm, could not adjust and the water in showers and sink were brown. Could not shower before an international flight. No sympathy from the staff. Going back to Hilton as my last few stay with MB were subpar

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. Many appreciated the comfort of the beds and some found the rooms clean and spacious. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and common areas. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and others as unresponsive or unfriendly. Parking was a common complaint due to high costs and complicated arrangements. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and parking.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Yes everything was nice
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) Great location
Cons (-) Rooms are badly in need of updating
Pros (+) The breakfast was fabulous.
Cons (-) Liquor prices were a bit high.
Cons (-) Service in restaurant and bar was slow. Went back to room to order room service and it never came. Was given keys to wrong room on arrival
Pros (+) After checking out of another hotel our flight got cancelled and was rebooked with another flight the following day. Had to book another hotel and ended up with The Westin. Good rate, very close to the airport (you can see the airport and tarmac from the hotel 1.5 miles away), free shuttle. Food is good but breakfast is expensive so see if you can include it in the rate. Overall I am happy.
Cons (-) We reserved two double beds but were given a room with a king - for four people.
Pros (+) Very easy to get around staff was great as well.
Cons (-) Breakfast eggs very runny and cold.
Pros (+) Love this hotel due to the staff and location.
Pros (+) I love the valet parking. Very nice guys.
Cons (-) The ice machine on my floor did not work my entire stay I have to go to another floor to grab ice and something was going on my air it was semi hot in my room my entire stay. We slept with no cover it was that warm in my room. Room # 569
