The ambiance was amazed high ceiling lobby , very spacious. Nice room , nice option for safe , beautiful pool. Fitness area was great . Sliding bathroom door was nice. Very comfortable beds.
Valet service should be revamped. Surprise fees of 50$ a day . Valet lost my car during checkout and my vehicle was side swiped in there care. Having to retrieve my car from a parking deck instead of in front of the hotel is an inconvenience especially with kids, traditional valet would bring me vehicle to the entrance of said establishment. Losing my vehicle for over an hour on checkout date set back me and my family’s travel plans to return Home and affected the cost of the rental for a late return . Fridges and microwaves should be added to rooms , motels cost way less and come standard with these why pay more for less !!
I had soooo many issues trying to book this room, as it was a sold out weekend. The folks at the reservations center were little help, but the staff who actually work at the Marquis were amazing! They are responsive and helped be get the best pricing to avoid a costly weekend. I really appreciated all their support. The valet service is also extremely fast.
The quality of the toilet paper needs an upgrade. But other than that, no complaints.

The hallways on the actual guest room floors leave more to be desired. They are dark and gloomy. There's no decor, and it makes one a little nervous as to what their room will look like after they get off the elevator. Also, the parking garage needs more employees. It takes too long to get a car from Valet. Lastly, the Concierge service takes way to long. My friend called in the morning and asked for a toothbrush, it took 42 minutes to receive one.
Great hotel and location with easy access to stadium and Olympic Park. Great staff and facilities. Pillows were a little too soft and bed was not the most comfortable but otherwise room was great.
