Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and impressive architecture, with several mentioning beautiful views and elegant design. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, musty smells, and pests. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful staff, overbooking, and billing issues. While the atmosphere and design were appreciated, many guests felt the property was poorly maintained and did not meet expectations for cleanliness or service.
