The carpet, walls and drapery had stains. The water was brown initially. The shower water didn’t drain.
Bar was nice and bartenders were friendly.
The only complaint I have is the mattress, my partner and I both had a hard time getting comfortable.
Parking was a nightmare!!
Pet friendly, the only reason we stayed.
Terrible hotel, does not deserve the current star rating. Dirty from the lobby to the rooms. There was a cockroach in the hallway. Bathroom counter was dirty. Carpet was torn and pulled up in several places around the room.
Staff needs slight improvement in customer service
The hotel is beautiful especially the view and convenience.
Got a little sick from the food but when I advised the hotel they stated several
Furniture could’ve been a little cleaner (chairs and tables)
The location and room size is good
I couldn’t find any USB port in room to charge my phone or i pad , and shower wasn’t work properly because shower handel is broken ,
Bed were comfy.
There wasn't a pool--it seemed to be a business atmosphere --not vacation friendly !
Enjoyed that the hotels are connected by sky bridges to the Peachtree center mall
When it’s busy it takes forever to get on the elevator even though they have ten elevators
At the check in time there were no parking spots for guests staying at the hotel
Didn't seem to care
Fitness Center was very good for a hotel. The dining options for breakfast in the sit down areas was very expensive and not a lot of choice except for the buffet.
I complained on 2 of the intended three nights of smoking. THere was clearly smoking in one of the rooms near mine or on the floor below. The security team agreed and said that they could not do anything about it. Clearly the cleaning staff would have noticed after one night and been able to stop it. I had a headache and woke up with my allergies inflamed . I had to leave the hotel. I went to the Marriott Midtown Suites...awesome...
Pretty nice overall
The breakfast buffet was fantastic The servers were the greatest !
We didn't get what we actually ordered but paid any way . I ordered a western omelette and bacon . But my omelette had extra onions on it and was torn apart . For my wife I ordered two eggs , bacon and a pancake. The pancake was missing and we ask for salt and pepper and hot sauce and never got it as well . They were busy I understand but to pay for a meal incomplete and wrong rubbed me a little bit the wrong way .
The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
There is a 21 dollar fee to park in the parking garage. We were not told this prior to making our reservations, so we were not prepared to have to pay $21 to park our car. Also, our room key did not work 2 times. I had to have it reactivated.
The staff, rooms & restaurant were very good.
Inability to get a late checkout. Everyone referring to me as "oh, that's Booking.com". My travel was changed due to weather (flight). I was charged for nights I did not stay.
Very confortable rooms with nice view on the buildings.
location, friendliness of staff, good service
The staff tried to be helpful in spite of giving incorrect info twice while I was there - which exit to get off the marta and where to stand for the Expo bus (which the concierge actually walked me to the area which was incorrect).
The hotel was quite dated and the bedding was awful. My back hurt for two days after sleeping on the substandard beds. The pillows were too flat for just one and too high for two - feathers. In the bathroom there weren't any vents and you could hear everything from the room upstairs - yikes!
poor service in restaurant $14.95 for internet no restaurant service after 10:00pm breakfast buffet very expensive
Everyone and everything at the Hilton was great. Really enjoyed your hotel, but not crazy about the garage parking.
great area. rooms are very nice and the bed was sooo comfortable!!!
The rooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the night lights that were motion activated. Great quality tv.
Small bathroom. No late night food
I had recently registered for the Hilton Loyalty scheme. Check in guy was efficient and very welcoming, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, free brakfast and evening snack buffet, etc. Was allocated a great room with great views.
Apart from the excellent check-in, my other experiences at the front desk were poor. Waited 15 minutes to check out,and staff and processes were slow.
