    dirty run down poorly maintained. people were nice

    Grungy bathroom, dirty shower curtain, broken tiles, torn carpet, out of date food for breakfast, poor décor, broken bed, lights didn't work, electrical plugs didn't work, further from convention center than you said, beds un-comfortable, overall this place was not as good as a motel 6 or super 8. You mis-lead me on the quality and cleanliness of this place I should have a rebate from the manager offered to discount my first room which I moved out of due to cleanliness. She said it will come from you Hopefully I will see a credit on my charge card soon! I'll think twice about using your service again!
