Pros (+) Eugene and Charles were very nice and helpful. Other than that…wow. There were what appeared to be boogers wiped on the wall, room lock that wasn't charged so it wouldn't open, no tv remote, non-working thermostat, mold in the shower, no soap in the bathroom, smoke detector is broken and hanging off the well, the handle to the 2nd floor stairway door is broken so you can't get onto the floor from ...
