The hotel needs improvement, but since it was a long stay, I got to know the in and outs of the property... The staff very friendly, just need to maintain the elevator, the washer and dryer and a bit cleaning on the parking lot.

Pros (+) Ok first impression. Clerk was just ok, I think he was sleepy. Elevator rattles and shakes,and for someone who already doesn't like small spaces, hang on it's terrifying. The hallway to our room smelled of marijuana smoke which is not what I want my kids to experience. Room smelled like an old smokers coat. None of the lights matched color so that was interesting. Bright white 25w led and soft 14w...
Cons (-) GPS sent me down a one way. No sign to take next left? Scary elevator, place looks clean but isn't. This place is a polished turd. It's shiny but it's still a turd.

Pros (+) The check in was extremely easy and I was traveling solo with 3 small children so I appreciated that. The staff was very kind and our room was spacious and very clean. We were only there passing through but it looked like it was close to shopping and easy access back to the highway. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons (-) Asked for a wake up call-did not receive. Went to check out and no one was upfront ended up leaving my room keys. Felt like the hotel was fairly clean yet dirty in the same sense.
Pros (+) Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially the pleasant and kind lady and gentleman that prepare and assist with the hot breakfast. We had our grandkids come to stay with us and they were made to feel very welcome. Its the little things that make a stay special.
