Pros:Quiet, laundry/dryer was always available (used 2x during my 8 day stay with 2 kids), staff was very friendly.
Cons:For some reason they didn’t vacuum the room during the daily housekeeping. Since I was staying with 2 small kids, it was certainly needed and obvious. The AC wasn’t very powerful and the remote only worked sometimes. Very small improvements that didn’t bother us during our stay.
