Made-to-order breakfast; location; layout; helpful staff
Everything seemed moist. Not sure if it was due to air quality (humid) or cleaning and sanitation. The carpet felt like it was not quite dry from a recent cleaning. Also a little disappointed that the pool wasn¿t open for use.
The food was great!
Front desk weren¿t friendly They only had one person cocking breakfast for the entire hotel. Pool was very dirty and the water was green.
The spacious room
Parking and location
I think Slim Shady stayed here in the mid eighties. Very outdated and dusty. Stains on furniture and musty smell. We didn¿t feel comfortable at all especially considering the high star rating.
Very clean and rooms are big with all the amenities
THE STAFF WAS GREAT.
The 1st room did not have a fully functioning toilet. The shower was not clean, the lamp shades were dirty. The 2nd room was better, the carpet was dirty. This is an old Embassy that needs additional remodeling. I was very disappointed.
Spacious and clean rooms.
Not their fault but missed the open bar/free happy hour.
Nothing!! The pictures online do not correspond to what you show up to in real life. Total false advertisement. Shower so dirty I had to wear flip flops. Could not sleep at night, felt like I was in a cave of doom and gloom. The absolute worst hotel EVER.
Embassy Suites nationwide are quality hotels, but this one misses the mark totally. It should be condemned. So dirty, dark, dismal and outdated. In need of a major remodel and proper cleaning. Do not book here, we checked out a day early with no refund.
The description says it is close to many things and unfortunately this does not hold true!
The staff was nice and the location was perfect
The WiFi didn¿t work and I was unable to work
Need more breakfast variety for staying multiple days Lots of light bulbs out - coming off elevator, 3 in our room , . . . Need more help at front desk - same person that checks people out of their rooms is assembling breakfast boxes
