Cons:Bathroom floor was sticky. Also had to call maintenance to fix air conditioner. Phone did not work. Front desk staff was very friendly - however, overall did not provide the value expected for almost $200/night.
Pros:The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room/bathroom clean. The pillows were really great! They had some substance/thickness to them, which I enjoyed. Rather than the overly fluffed down pillows that your head sinks right into and provides no neck support at all. I really liked and enjoyed this hotel's pillows! I was really happy to see all of the recycling bins around the entire place! It was good to see "being green" was being promoted although I'm not sure if the recycling bins were being used properly by guests as there was not any sort of signage regulating what is recyclable and what is not.
Cons:The ice machine on our floor didn't work, so that was a minor inconvenience. I told the Front Desk Clerk that it was out of order but I'm not sure if anything was done about it. It very well could have been addressed but I didn't check the ice machine before we left. Also, the wifi was extremely slow but that also was only a minor inconvenience as we were outside of the hotel for the majority of our stay. The breakfasts were ok, they did the job but were amazing. The "eggs" (instant powdered eggs) did not taste good at all, but everything else was good/ok for being included as a part of the stay.
Pros:The AC in the room worked very well. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Love that they had coffee in the lobby 24/7. Pool was great!
Pros:Great deal for a very comfortable hotel. Located near some good restaurants and close to major freeways. Good coffee and breakfast included. Easy parking.
Cons:Not as upscale as the Hampton Inn downtown. But also not.as expensive. Nothing else to complain about.
