The staff is wonderful and very helpful..
Not know which elevator was the closest to room...Staff should point this out when giving the key...
Nice lobby and facilities. Checking in was pleasant.
Extra for parking. No staff in the morning to answer questions about shuttle times. There was one guy working the front desk and nobody to answer the phone. Very frustrating morning. Also, rooms have carpet.
there was no internet / wifi, and the staff didn't seem to know the status of the situation, saying "as far as I know there's no internet, maybe it will be fixed tomorrow"
Good, But Could Be Better
Front desk staff, engineering staff, location
Room-to-room noise isolation, restaurant staff professionalism
Loved the indoor bar! Also loved the late night service, but not the price for the quality of food. Very nice hotel, loved the scenery. If you're traveling, this is the place to stay as it is near the airport (obviously). Overall this was a nice place for a decent price!
Price of the food..ordered a late night snack (turkey sandwich & chicken wrap)..food was almost frozen & not very tasty for $30+
