Welcome to the Hilton Austin Airport hotel, the only full-service Hotel on Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) grounds, and only two minutes from the Barbara Jordan terminal. The hotel is located in Austin, Texas and is off Highway 71, one mile east of Highway 183, three miles west of 130 Toll Road, and minutes from I-35 and MoPac Expressway. Our hotel is conveniently located near Circuit of The Americas and the Met Center, and is only 15 minutes from Downtown Austin and many attractions. Do not eat at the restaurant. Our server did not bring us the what we ordered. Our room had a coffee maker, but no cups! The shower looked updated, but, you could only get the water to come out full heat or cold…They charge for parking. Not worth the price.
Pros:The staff is wonderful and very helpful..
Cons:Not know which elevator was the closest to room...Staff should point this out when giving the key...
Pros:Nice lobby and facilities. Checking in was pleasant.
Cons:Extra for parking. No staff in the morning to answer questions about shuttle times. There was one guy working the front desk and nobody to answer the phone. Very frustrating morning. Also, rooms have carpet.
Cons:there was no internet / wifi, and the staff didn't seem to know the status of the situation, saying "as far as I know there's no internet, maybe it will be fixed tomorrow"

Pros:Loved the indoor bar! Also loved the late night service, but not the price for the quality of food. Very nice hotel, loved the scenery. If you're traveling, this is the place to stay as it is near the airport (obviously). Overall this was a nice place for a decent price!
Cons:Price of the food..ordered a late night snack (turkey sandwich & chicken wrap)..food was almost frozen & not very tasty for $30+
Pros:Large, nice room with your standard room stuff. 24 hr room service.
Cons:Thin walls. Parking fee. No fridge.
