Pros:i previously stayed in a holiday in express in San antonio and had a good experience so I thought I'd stay with them again. Just as I expected, the room was clean and the floors were hardwood instead of carpet (that's different)!! Staff was super nice and friendly. If you need help with transportation they have a shuttle to and from the airport and phone numbers for taxi's. Check in and out was less than a minute. Beds were comfortable and food was good. I enjoyed my stay!
Cons:Nothing I can think of.

Pros:Rooms were well furnished, clean and roomy(had an "Executive Suite"). Coffee was better than expected.
Cons:Shuttle service was a bit sluggish, long wait after calling in and got ambiguous responses on inquiries.

Pros:spacious rooms, acceptable breakfast.
Cons:when I checked in my first floor room was full of crickets crawling up the walls, curtains and across the floor. I asked to be moved, and the desk clerk told me "it's cricket season" as if that was an acceptable reason for me to have to sleep with them inside a hotel room. I had to insist to be moved. He told me more than once they were sold out and had no rooms. When I demanded he call another Holiday Inn and get me a room, he magically found an empty room on the 4th floor.
