I loved that the hotel did not feel like a hotel. It felt like my own private studio apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very nice, like an apartment.
This hotel wasn't as modern feeling as the other Hyatt House I'd spent the night in. It very much felt like a converted apartment complex rather than a hotel. The one bedroom suite was a true, separated one bedroom. It had a nice little kitchen and a living room. The staff was very friendly.
I could have used more room in the bathroom, at least a place to dry my towel. The room was spacious but I think the furniture arrangement made it feel artificially cramped.
Rooms are located in multiple separate buildings, requiring occupants to walk outside across parking lots to get to the office building for breakfast, etc.
Great hotel at the start of 3M Austin Half Marathon. We easily walked to start line. Staff were friendly and polite. Accommodated our schedule.
Nice room. Too bad the sheets weren't clean.
Staff was nice, excellent location. Room was for the most part pretty good.
The room wasn't ready when we arrived, which was disappointing. We requested a quiet room, which I would think might be some other location than right next to the elevator and entry door of the building. We made the mistake of turning in after getting our infant daughter down with all the lights out and woke up to a very unpleasant surprise in the form of SOILED SHEETS. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again.
Fully furnished suites with separate living, work, kitchen, and bedroom areas. Guest Market offers a variety of items that can be prepared in your suite.
