Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, comfortable beds, and good value for money. Some reviewers highlighted friendly or accommodating staff, spacious rooms, and useful amenities. However, there were notable concerns about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues with the pool. Service experiences were mixed, with both positive and negative interactions reported. Overall, while the hotel offers comfort and value, improvements in cleanliness and consistency of service would enhance the guest experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews

the helpful staff
Pros (+) Price and location (right on I-35) excellent.
Pros (+) King size bed room is comfortable, spacious. Facility is clean, but a little outdated. Free coffee 24 hrs.
Cons (-) Better soap and shampoo quality.
Pros (+) Considering the price it was a good value. It was as clean and comfortable as any other decent hotel I have stayed in. Also the room I stayed in appeared to have been updated, with wood floors and other nice furnishings.
Pros (+) The only thing I likedid was the staff. They were friendly and professional.
Cons (-) There were almost no amenities. I don't understand why it is called a red roof Inn "plus". There was no mini fridge, There was no breakfast, and there were dead bugs in all the light fixtures. I'm not angry, just disappointed. I've stayed at cheaper hotels with way better amenities.
Pros (+) Location Price
Cons (-) Dirty bathroom Stinky Room Sticky Sheets
