Cons: Everything is new.. bed furniture you name it.

Cons: Bathroom lacked a fan.

Cons: Renovation work made accessing the front desk and the breakfast room less convenient. The lack of a microwave and refrigerator in my room was disappointing. I assume that it was related to the renovation as well.

Cons: I loved everything

Cons: At check in they gave me the key for the incorrect room-320 instead of 302. When I got to the room, it wasn't clean, so I called the front desk and that's how we realized the mix up. Easy mistake to make but also very careless. I would not have known the mistake if the room had already been cleaned, and who knows what would have happened when the real occupant of 320 showed up. The hotel was extremely loud at night-loud patrons, poor noise control between rooms, and the cleaning staff started cleaning very early Sunday morning. Also, there were signs all over the breakfast area saying you weren't allowed to take any food out of the breakfast area. Tacky. Would not stay here again, I only stayed here because I was desperate for a room (attending an out of town wedding).

Cons: The comforter had holes in them. The 1st floor is completely under construction.

Cons: The room was small for a king room occupied by two people. It was a little costly for the size.

Cons: Tv channels did not work and wi-fi wasn't that great.

Cons: When we checked in we asked front desk if price of room quoted was for both nights. Price was confirmed by front desk. Went into town after first night, when we got back to motel our rooms had been cleared out and items brought to front desk. It was 11:00pm and there were no other rooms available. There were two of us at check in and both were told same pricing and days. Was a very humiliating experience.

Cons: The location is a bit tricky to get to, but I got the hang of it after a few tries.

Cons: Ihop right next to it at walking distance. Bigger tv with hbo in king bed room.

Cons: One of two cards stopped working before checkout.

Cons: Our smoke alarm was low on batteries and beeping and it took an hour to get it fixed once we were ready to go to bed

Cons: Only inconvenience was the height of the shower head!

Cons: We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in San Antonio and their hotel was WAY nices and only $67.00 a night!!! I think it is ridiculous that they only offer 2 double beds rather then 2 queen beds!! Evidently management has never tried to sleep two people in a double bed!!!! Wasn't impresses AT ALL FOR $97.00 A NIGHT!!!!!

Cons: my room was a conference room with overhead flourescent lights that they "transformed" into a bedroom; the battery in the fire alarm was low and beeped from 5:00 a.m. onward; the blow dryer was a fire hazard; my complaints to the front desk were ignored

Cons: Registered as family of 3, got 2 towels. Floors had not been swerved.Shower curtain would only cover mid area of rod=cold shower. Breakfast? Yucky eggs. Very loud. Lots of construction workers whom leave at all hours. Lots of men loitering. Saw police and security engaging with men 3x within 48 hours.

Cons: Outside was dirty, too many people just hanging around outside does not feel safe.

Cons: The smell immediately as I stepped out of the room. Only Two pillows For Two Queen Size beds. Towels were gross.

Cons: Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Room was dirty. Electrical outlet hanging out of the wall. The pictures on the website look nothing like the hotel itself. Holes in the bedspread. The furniture looked like something from a garage sale. I have see better looking rooms on an episode of cops. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this to anyone.

Cons: Nowhere near university or downtown, next to loud freeway, holes in bedding, no towels upon arrival, MOLD IN BATHROOM, breakfast food was gross, staff was unfriendly, elevator was broken/under repair, ice machine not working

Cons: This place needs to be inspected by the health department because the room was fithy, everything you touch was sticky. Wr wanted a none smoking room but the room we were in smells like smoke. The AC was not working, they have a ceiling fan. I am.writing their corporate office.

Cons: The bathroom was falling apart, had holes in the doors, and the towel holders were hanging by just a few threads. The bed was miserable, the pillows were basically non existent and the mattress even had holes in the sides. Didn't realize that our booking was for a smoking room and boy did it stink. All of our clothes had to be washed. The AC unit shut off and on all through the night. Worst sleep ever!! This hotel should be no more than $40 a night!1!!

Cons: I didn’t like the way we were checked in I asked the women behind the desk a question and they began to laugh when I asked. People we’re knocking on our door all night. Also, the water in the room was cold the whole time so we were unable to take a shower.

Cons: The breakfast at the hotel did not include any meat... such as bacon or sausage. It only had dried out scrambled eggs, waffle iron and toast. The staff told us that the owners of the hotel consider eggs to be meat and they quit serving any kind of meat at the hotel. Apparently, the owners of this hotel are not from this Country. When I booked the room, I was told that the breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, etc......This was not accurate at all. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known they did not have a "complete" breakfast. Very disappointed in that... that is not how you run a business...

Cons: Too much freeway noise, partiers woke me up at 3am, also woke up on previous stay by construction in complex, cable was intermittent. I was also informed that rates would quadruple for sxsw as well as formula one week. Anyone who pays over 80.00 a night for this room should get their head examined of be fired for misappropriation of funds...really!!!

Cons: Run down, looked like blood on curtain, laminent floors were cheap, first room door lock didn’t work “because of the rain” and poor location.

Cons: ROOMS HAD A BAD ODER PEOPLE PARTING TILL 4:30 IN THE MORNING PLAYING VERY LOUD MUSIC ALSO FIGHTING AND YELLING GOING ON DRUG USE GOING ON OUTSIDE I WILL NEVER PUT MY FAMILY THROUGH THAT AGIAN.

Cons: clean inside the rooms but dirty outside and all around the building. Also somewhat of a rough crowd, people shouting and arguing loudly in the parking at fairly late hours.

Cons: That we asked for a cab it took 20 min because the lady at the desk must have a deal with him. It cost 20$ . The bedroom looked like it had mold and the toilet paper was wet??? Wouldn't stay again

Cons: It took me 1h to get check-in due a reservation issue Bed sheets, covers, old.

Cons: Room could have been painted there was writing on walls and ceilings burn marks all over furniture and bath tub door stains on pillows and sheets

Cons: We would have liked more television options, as only local channels were offered in our room, but for the price we paid it was a great value for what we needed! And with wifi available, we didn't really need tv anyway.

Cons: That its very noisy, can't sleep bcuz dope dealers and addicts knocking on your door all night long. Waking you up bcuz they have the wrong room number to where they are going. Go outside people are smoking weed in the open like nothing it was horrible. This is all at the Austin, Tx location off E.Koeing lane by the IHop.

Cons: Poor insulation on the doors mean you hear everything going on outside. My husband, who is a light sleeper, couldn't sleep. Rooms need some updates, looks like they were halfway remodeled. New shower would be good, light fixtures. Breakfast had few options, no space, and items ran out like fresh fruit. All in all, I'd probably be back if I were in a bind to find a room again.

Cons: there were roaches and crickets inside the room. the air conditioning didnt cool the room. the fridge did not stay cold. the room was not cleaned thoroughly after the previous tenants as there were belongings and trash left in the room. the pool was tiny. we were attacked by a swarm of bees on the stairs. the only vending machine was located in the lobby. the only access to the second floor was one set of stairs on either side the building, forcing us to walk far with all our luggage.

Cons: The room had a slight odor that my wife described as "stale popcorn", despite its apparent cleanliness.

Cons: Poorly maintained. There was notable mold on the bathroom ceiling, a crack in the shower that allowed water between the plastic and wall, the lights flickered and didn't work well, the door didn't close completely. There was a cheeto bag in the entertainment center upon arrival. The staff's response to a 2a.m. call about disruptive guests was that they already asked them to be quiet and didn't know what else to do.
