Pros (+) A small, modern hotel in a perfect location in the heart of old Avignon. Good value and pleasant, comfortable, quiet rooms. Fancy coffee maker in room.

We were upgraded to a suite which was really nice, but despite having an elevator, we still had to climb an additional 30 steps after we got off on our floor to reach it (with all our luggage, baby stroller, etc.).
