Overcrowded, no hot coffee in the morning, not enough water, too long „ sleeping time“. Friendly and fast check in.
I missed the flight due to inadequate time between flights. Lufthansa should not be offering this as a connection if Frankfurt airport can not process passengers quickly enough.

Flight took off arrive Frankfurt fine ... and then the Pilot parked the plane for 20 minutes while waiting for a steps vehicle to arrive so we all could deplane. This caused us to miss our Naples flight by 6 minutes while running to the next gate.. We are aware of 3 others who also miss their flight. Lufthansa Support said "why miss your flight, your flight arrived on time?" We explained, they provided another flight many hrs later, no meal voucher because our "flight was ontime".

Cons: "Boarding crew in EWR insisted that my small carry on had to be checked in. MANY passengers were able to bring on board luggage that was larger and clearly heavier. I don’t understand why I was one of the exceedingly few passengers pulled out of the queue to have luggage checked in. Food was sad."

No WiFi is disappointing for a 12+ hr flight."

I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks

At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now."

Pros: "EI-GSH, we were on one of Ryanair's newest planes at only six months old. Seats were comfy and flying at night, everything was well organised. Crew were helpful and approachable."
